Under a night sky blanketed with clouds we recognized the stars within us.
Two souls speaking so gently to one another.
A thought dancing in the breeze, manifest magic.
How many lives has it been?
Tears flooding our eyes,
Love flooding our hearts.
Seen with the same eye,
Felt by the same One.
I saw myself when seen by you.
I saw you when I saw myself.

Afloat
It is not that I do not know love,
I know all too well the consuming sea of emotions pulling at the tides of my heart.
It is how to keep view of the shore while the beautiful moon shines down upon the surface sparkling on the crest of the waves, beckoning me to stay on my back open to the night, vulnerable to her changes.

Grown
Plant your hurt like seeds.
Water them with your tears.
Shine your light on them.
When you are ready,
Decorate your temple with the flowers that have bloomed from the rich soil of your heart.
Water them with your tears.
Shine your light on them.
When you are ready,
Decorate your temple with the flowers that have bloomed from the rich soil of your heart.

Lucid
Under the disappearing moon there was a cave where I had been living.
I stood on coals, daring myself to lay over dying embers.
You came inside when you felt the heat of my fire.
I invited you deeper into the darkness, here you brought your torch.
We took sips of the flames from one another's skin, melting into one.
You planted a seed deep inside me, moving mountains within.
The wetness from their snowy peaks flooded my valley, streaming through my heart to yours.
I dropped myself into your consciousness through the pools of your eyes.
I saw mountains in your iris' when we parted. You felt you had many to conquer and to climb.
I now stand at the door of my cave with crystal clear water to drink.
It tastes like stars from the nights we shared.
